Well, so this is a useless item that Biff bought that now it appears to be useful xD… Well, I’m not so sure, but I think the Car Key Gnomes are smarter than that..

I’m starting to think that Biff is in a special containment area, monitered 24/7 by paramedics and surgeons. The false horizon and him constantly being injured and being healed quickly could easily be accounted for then. But he probably is a god.
Where did you get the delusion that he bought it? It’s a false marketing failure, that’s Biff’s prototype, he made it himself. I’m sure he’d also make a lot of money selling things at 3 o clock in the morning now.
