The watermelon was in a bonus sketch that was a voting incentive back when this comic was new. Maybe some day it will make it to an official comic and you’ll get to see it
I just really want that chair! easy storage! plus it’s easier to tame! anytime it eats my change I put something sharp in it and pull that second handle! Yay! lots of exclamation points!

At my grandparents’ house, we had to replace the handles on the recliners since the chairs are really old.
