Harlequin, I do not know whether or not cement is basically dirt, but I do know this; wet cement produces a chemical similar to alkaline. If you stick your flesh into wet cement, you will get a bad burn.

My favorite colors are orange, blue and lime green, preferably all together. With the sky in there, the colors are brilliant!
