O_o never actualy PLAYED the game, i was to enthralled with the mechinations of the thing to WAIT long enough to get to the end to set the thing off, altho when we DID try this ONE TIME. we’d always set off the damn bucket and roll the marble down the path, skip a few turns, and end up at the bottom, and roll up to the stick with the hand that pushes the tub up. problem was, it’d never tip the tub, it would just stop at the stick with the hand on it, and we’d set it off manualy BY ACCIDENT trying to get the marble back in the bucket, which would drop the unnesesesesarily heavy ball into the green man which would TRY and trip the already trupped cage. which had hit the bottom of the ridged stem from when we accidentally set the bucket off in the first place D8
God, I miss that game, I remember whenever we went to someone’s house we would play that without end…buuuuut it got caught in a HURRICANE of all things.
Wait a minute… where’s the bucket the boot is supposed to kick over? Go from the crank at the beginning, and you’ll see the boot, but no bucket with marble. It won’t work without that bucket!
Mmwheeeheeeheee!!!
I remember this. Everyone else was always so bored that I could cheat and win while they weren’t looking. No one ever suspected anything, either. ;D
I had this game back in the day, but my box didn’t include the see-saw the man dives into. Do you have any idea how important that piece is to actually play that game?!?!??!!
Oh man, good times, good times. My friend had that at her house a decade ago, as well as a bunch of other board games, and it was a great way to kill time while waiting for my parents to pick me up. I remember sticking my head under cage and telling her to set it off. Instead, she just dropped the little ball on my eye. That part sucked, but the rest was fun.
Ummm… I loved the game but my family isn’t big into board games except for Risk and Chess. I can’t play go with them and we lost this game after playing it only once. Alas, the trap is soo fun and I loved how intricate it was…
I just finished reading these first 150 comics, and I have loved them all! And I just noticed there is over 500 of these!?!? Well, I guess I should go to sleep and read the next 150 when I wake up…
guys, this one actually follows an episode of corner gas (a good canadian tv show) where theyre trying to rid the gas station of mice… on uses “the most expensive mouse trap on the market, and the other uses a simple wooden box… made me giggle that i was watching that and this popped up at the same time
OF COURSE THAT WONT WORK, BIFF!
You’ve set it up wrong!
…I wanted that…
got the crappy new version…
The best part in the newer version is… toilet tower.
December 13th, 2006 at 1:12 am

December 13th, 2006 at 8:22 pm

December 14th, 2006 at 12:15 pm
Wow, that brings back memory’s of when I was 4.
December 14th, 2006 at 9:11 pm
I have tried this, and it does not work. Milton Bradley lied to me!
December 14th, 2006 at 9:57 pm
well of course it didn’t work. the mice aren’t gonna step into the trap if you sit there watching it. they’re skittish and shy creatures.
December 17th, 2006 at 1:45 am
I like the way he’s laying there staring at it.
December 21st, 2006 at 6:10 pm
Lol, I used to play that game…
December 25th, 2006 at 9:27 pm
Congratulations on hitting #150!

I was never patient enough to play the game… I just put it together and set it off a few times.
January 6th, 2007 at 10:26 pm
Yeah, I mostly just set it up and set it off myself.
January 8th, 2007 at 12:17 am
I think we need more Rube Goldbergian inspired games.
January 12th, 2007 at 6:47 pm
hehe I remember when my mother start refuseing to set the thing up for me because I wouldnt wait to play the game either before setting it off.
January 15th, 2007 at 1:10 am

January 24th, 2007 at 6:26 pm
that is awesome.
February 26th, 2007 at 6:00 pm
Isn’t the diving man the wrong way?
March 22nd, 2007 at 9:25 am
Nah, the guy has to be facing the wrong way or he doesn’t go in the tub properly.

Yeah, there’s Biff’s problem! I loved this game, would set it up just to set it off, out of sheer boredom.
April 16th, 2007 at 3:08 pm
He’s so cute in this comic.
er….
lol.
April 18th, 2007 at 12:13 am

this one made laugh. i could never set up board games like these… did biff get his pre-made?
May 9th, 2007 at 1:35 pm
After seeing a few ads, I decided to check this out. These 1-Panel Comics are awesome. I wonder if I can read them all in one sitting…
This is the first to make me laugh out loud so far; something that I don’t do too often. ^_^

Ben, I think Biff must have gotten it pre-made, otherwise it would probably destroy the earth again.
May 25th, 2007 at 5:39 pm
the dog on that game was so goddam scary!
June 3rd, 2007 at 3:43 am
The accuracy of this one is what impresses me.
June 4th, 2007 at 3:14 pm
I agree with zeke, must’ve taken a while to draw, especially with how amazingly it resembles the actual game.
June 5th, 2007 at 8:56 pm
I caught myself in it.
June 20th, 2007 at 3:27 pm
I caught everything but the mouse in that thing.

July 14th, 2007 at 11:47 am
That game takes too long to set up.
August 17th, 2007 at 11:16 pm
I finally figured it out. Biff is legally retarded with the I.Q. and logic skills of a four year old, isn’t he?
September 26th, 2007 at 1:38 pm
That’s so silly. Lol.
October 4th, 2007 at 9:09 pm
i love the detail and accuracy in the game
October 10th, 2007 at 8:17 pm
friggin rube goldberg machines, the damn thing makes too much noise in the first action so the mice would just run away anyways.
November 13th, 2007 at 10:05 pm
@Melindotty
but he is also a complete genius….he is such a mystery…
I loved this game…
April 9th, 2008 at 6:34 pm
Geez… this brings back memories. XD
May 30th, 2008 at 8:51 pm
Of course he can’t catch any mice with it.
He forgot the cheese!
June 20th, 2008 at 10:55 am
It’s a theme park for mice!

Never buy this game at a car boot sale or somesuch thing. There will always be a vital part of the mechanism missing.
July 24th, 2009 at 10:54 am
I never played that….
I have no childhood…. V.V
