Who would give Biff a rocket?!?!?!
Nobody would GIVE Biff a rocket. He obviously stole it and carried it out. He then sold the rocket on the black market and ,instead of buying another one, stole another one! He then had the money to buy a rocket AND had a rocket!
Alternative: Who said Biff NEEDS a rocket? He probably did some thing else like… spit on the ground SO HARD that he flew into space! Or he stacked up a hundred million…Chicken…cows that he could climb up and be in space! Chickencows are creatures that are a mix of chicken and cow. It has the body of a cow, but the head of a giant chicken! It says “CLOOO! CLOOO!”. Another such hybrid is the elephonkey. It is a cross between an elephant and a monkey. It eats bananuts, which is conviently a cross between the favorite food of an elephant and a monkey.
Steve-o you forget, Biff was levitating a spaceship earlier, go back and find the link! There were 4 theories regarding it, first, Biff is an alien second it’s like his breader. one of those things that somehow magically work without explanation, and we don’t WANT explanation for these awesome things.
