The drain has this crossed bar shaped thing in it, there was hair looped over the bars so I took a pocket knife (one of the five different folding knives that always inhabit my left front pants pocket) and cut the hair on top of the bars. Next I got out my 4" pair of Diamond channel lock pliers (same pocket as the knives, and the 4" adjustable wrench) grabbed hold of some of the hair and pulled, and pulled and pulled some more. It was at least a 6" long tangled mass of hair that was clogging the drain. Since it wasn't sitting down in the P-trap, the drain cleaners would just flow through it without causing much damage to the hair. An icky story. For false advertising, house damage (all of them), and any other terms that can be tacked on. Get some lawyers and go for class-action status against as much of the business sector as possible.
