#391 - Perch
I actually don’t remember picnicking much as a kid. The closest thing would have been school field trips. I have gone on a bunch with my wife. My favorite ones were when she would show up to my work and take me out to a forest preserve. She enjoys making tiny portions of things so that we have a variety of colors and tastes to enjoy. It’s nice getting a special break in the middle of a crappy work day
We’ve been getting some multiple book orders the past few days. It’s cool knowing that some people will be getting them as gifts in a few weeks. Also if you don’t have a credit card or paypal you can send in your order to the address at the bottom of the store page. Just make sure you add your items to the shopping cart to calculate the correct shipping first.

I love alliteration! Especially if it involves Biff and/or pie.
Or gelatin.

Hmm a pyramid where did you get the idea chris?

You should have changed his name to Piff for the day.

@Sleepingorange: Hear Hear!

That is really cool of your wife man… I wish my gf and I would do that every once in awhile.
Love your comic, even if I am having a crappy day it can make me crack a smile.
December 4th, 2007 at 2:36 am
Wait….where is the tip of that pyramid…on second thought I don’t wanna know
December 4th, 2007 at 4:54 am
Always avoid alliteration.
On a completely unrelated note, I’m loving the new comic titles.
December 4th, 2007 at 6:17 am
I dunno about you, but alliteration seems a fresh idea for biff.
it seems like something even he can’t crew up. Maybe overdo though.
It’s almost a limerick ^_^!
December 4th, 2007 at 7:20 am
Alliteration always alienates anyone who aspires to attain that acheivement with abandon.
I wish my wife would do something like that… that’s really nice of her.
December 4th, 2007 at 7:54 am
My wife will sometimes come by and eat lunch with me at my office caffeteria. It’s a nice place, which I usually don’t have time to visit… When she comes by, it breaks both of us out of our crappy day.

i’m with trueblaze!! or is THAT the peach pie…LMAO!!!
December 4th, 2007 at 8:58 am
Fearing the Pharoahs, Biff flew
forward off the flat face until he
met Nefer-Nefru, former queen,
and shares his peach pie with her.

I never had outdoors picnics when I was younger; instead, we always had them inside. My mom would get a huge comforter that was tannish on one side and orange on the other and we would eat in the family room in front of the TV.
Since we were inside, it was more convenient when we had to get another drink or go to the bathroom, and we never had to worry about ants. The dog was another story, though.

mmm pie!
December 4th, 2007 at 10:11 am
this just seems completely random
December 4th, 2007 at 12:02 pm
Everyone here who says that they don’t like alliteration sucks. alliteration is what makes the world go around. All Osriches oscilate off all oxen, hahahahaha.
December 4th, 2007 at 1:57 pm
All alliteration aids an author’s achievements in amazing artistry.
The Duck has Spoken.

It may be uncomfortable, but check out that VIEW!
I’d love to picnic in a high place, like on top of my roof. Too bad my cats often like that spot too.
December 4th, 2007 at 2:55 pm
They used a torture device like that during the Inquisition…
December 4th, 2007 at 3:11 pm
Maybe Biff shoudl have found an inverted pyramid pyramid to have a picnic on… anyway it’s good to see some randomness now and then!
December 4th, 2007 at 5:09 pm
you’re wife sounds like a very nice person. you must be lucky
December 4th, 2007 at 5:10 pm
wouldn’t that hurt biff’s bum?
January 3rd, 2008 at 7:08 pm

@Chris: I used to bring my husband lunch at work when he worked as a houseman at one of the many many hotels in our city (we were newlyweds).
Now that he works out of town as much as in, I miss being able to do that…you’re a lucky guy, buddy.
