Iiii am very fond of books, something that my boyfriend and I do not share. He randomly picked out a book in the library while on the way to his IT job once, though, and found a book called something along the lines of _The Life of Bill Nye_. Nooo, not the Science Guy (He was my hero!!), but my boyfriend said that it was incredibly interesting nonetheless. To my shock, he said that he went back to read it several times after that.

I can read pretty fast, but give it to me in Japanese, and I come to understand why my mom always takes so long to read when we`re surfing the web together. She`s native Japanese, came over to The States when she was 18. =O She understands English humor, though, which is more than I can say about Japanese.

Hehe, my eyes are absolutely dead from reading/playing the old school gameboy in the semi-darkness back when I was younger. (>.@ Why, back in my day, we had no back-light...)

Hehe, Chris, I really enjoy the stories that you put up with each comic. ^.^ Thank you!

Ha! I work at the library (as a page) and let me tell you, people put some wierd stuff in there. I once found an entire, untouched piece of cheesecake sitting on a shelf. I've also found a couple people hot-boxing in the bathroom.

All you people posting about the old days of using library Internet, guess where I am right now...

At the library. To use the Internet. Thankfully it's Wi-Fi, so I'm using my laptop instead of public computers.

Man, I have a thing of campfire popcorn sitting in my pantry, and you know, this is the first time I've had a taste for it since I got it in the summer.

Windwarrior, "I read through books at amazing speeds, and I dont even try to, I once read through a hefty 25 chapter book in about five hours. Is there anyone else with these freakish powers?"

Thats nothing. I read 300+ pages every night, i have developed major reading powers. If i concentrate hard enough i can burn things. :P

And i still dont need glasses.

I think this may be the first (if not that, the second) time I've posted. So, great comic! I hope it lasts for a good long time!

I love reading. When I was little, we didn't have air conditioning in my house, and so every Saturday we'd spend hours and hours in the library, just sitting there and reading. The librarians who worked there back then still know my sister and I by name.

I never bothered looking for the anatomy books. Probably because I'm a girl and something of a goody-two-shoes. Though I remember there was this one book at my intermediate school (5th and 6th grade) that was an encyclopedia of fantasy creatures and all the boys I hung out with really liked the book because the mermaids and Amazons and sirens and things of that nature were all shirtless.

In a Jiffy Pop note, during an outing with my youth group, my youth leader and I once ever so intelligently tried to make Jiffy Pop over a campfire once. One of the other adults thought we were gonna set the cabin on fire. We didn't, but we burned the popcorn bad enough we were banished outside to eat it.
