#463 - Twang
I’ve never gone hunting. I’d probably be pretty useless if I had to kill my own food. I think the only thing I’m good at is finding the expired food at the back of the pantry.
Working on the bonus comics for Book 2 today and it’s weird. I keep thinking of stories to post on the website for them… and than remember that they are for print only.

Multi-purpose clothing: The best thing since sliced bread that also deflects heavy weaponry.

March 13th, 2008 at 1:47 am
I was not aware that stripes worked that way
March 13th, 2008 at 1:56 am
Well, usually they don’t, Kronos. But this is Biff we’re talking about here.
The Duck Has Spoken.

Wow, it took me a minute to get this one too.

March 13th, 2008 at 6:40 am
I like the expression on his face!
March 13th, 2008 at 7:18 am
@Bullet Fiend - Yes! I’m really happy with how that came out.
March 13th, 2008 at 7:26 am
Hey, Chris, is this nature Biff week?
March 13th, 2008 at 7:30 am
@Micah - I was calling it fashion week.
March 13th, 2008 at 7:47 am
I don’t get it…
March 13th, 2008 at 7:52 am
I wonder if his eyebrows would work, too.
March 13th, 2008 at 8:00 am
@Tafreer
I think they would work better as helicopter wings
March 13th, 2008 at 8:00 am
It took me a second to figure out too. The best things in life take effort and hard work, but they are worth working for.
March 13th, 2008 at 8:35 am
Impressive… I didn’t realize Biff was the son of MacGuyver.

For his next trick, I’d love to see him turn that bow into a canoe.
March 13th, 2008 at 8:45 am
I got it!
March 13th, 2008 at 9:27 am
Oh! I get it now… Yeah that was a bit hard to follow…
March 13th, 2008 at 10:29 am
That would be very handy at work. (^_^)v
Yeah, it took me a minute the figure it out as well. -___-
March 13th, 2008 at 10:41 am

March 13th, 2008 at 10:56 am
Yeah don’t feel bad if you didn’t “get it”
I think maybe today’s comic isn’t actually funny… but I really liked the drawing that I did so I decided to still run it.
March 13th, 2008 at 11:51 am
thats good, took me a little over a second
first time post, long time reader, hi everybody^_^
March 13th, 2008 at 11:55 am
I love this comic!!! I got it right away, maybe, because I lie doing this sort of thing. Because nothing tastes better than rabbit stew killed with a shoelace bow.
March 13th, 2008 at 12:30 pm
I like it, and I got it. I think I can easilly follow the strange logics that Biff strips have, since I think up strange things as well.
I have an archery story. I took an archery class one time. They had bales of haw with targets of animals on them, complete with the proper zone to hit if you actually were hunting them.
I don’t know if I ever managed to hit a target, but I know I was very a poor aim.
Between four of the bales of hay was a small gap, smaller than any zones on that target, One time, I aimed for it.
That’s right folks, my arrow went straight and thru, right through the hole.
Go fig.
March 13th, 2008 at 12:37 pm
Once I got it, I laughed. hehe.
March 13th, 2008 at 12:49 pm
Biff is the kind of guy that can draw a hole and use it.
March 13th, 2008 at 2:08 pm
I don’t get it…still, good job with the comic chris! it’s awesome!
March 13th, 2008 at 7:56 pm
Is… Is… Is it a bulls-eye? *confused as all hell*
March 13th, 2008 at 8:02 pm
Oh now I get it. wow…that took me a while.
March 13th, 2008 at 9:51 pm
Lol, I had to look at it for a minute, then I saw his shirt and understood. My husband and I are actually really into archery, we both have our own bows and he is the TA for the archery classes at our university. Your picture is actually pretty accurate, I appreciated that. I’m bothered when artists draw a bow and it’s completely wrong. yay for biff!
March 13th, 2008 at 9:51 pm
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooow, that took way too long. He used the stripes as a bowstring… Christ.
March 13th, 2008 at 10:05 pm
Got this one instantly. I don’t always manage that trick, though.
March 13th, 2008 at 10:33 pm

March 14th, 2008 at 11:21 am

March 14th, 2008 at 11:22 am
oh, and hi c’ntarek!
March 16th, 2008 at 2:52 pm
He made the string out of his stripe, the bow staff out of twigs, where’d he get the arrow?
April 5th, 2008 at 12:36 pm
wow, that one took me a second to figure out
