Biff Art Auction!
May 6th, 2008Over the past 2 years I have received a number of inquiries into purchasing the original art from a Biff comic. I have decided not to sell any of my old comics and starting with comic #150 they all have been digital. So there are no originals to sell. As part of the Biff #500 celebration I decided to draw it ink on paper… and I drew it really big… and one of you will get to own it!
The first 149 comics that I drew on paper were only 5 inches square.
This one is twice as tall and 4 times as wide!

The auction starts now and ends Tuesday the 13th at about 7PM CST. If you have always wanted to own the original art from a Biff comic, your chance has finally arrived. Click here to see the auction!

Woot, first bid!
I have a feeling you might make a bit of money off this

Highest bidder! Yay!
I love the Book Of Biff! I bid a helluva lot for a drawing…but It’ll be so worth it if I get it.
Its my first time commenting, and I wish I had commented sooner, but from now on I plan to comment a lot more.
My fav Biff comic is either the one with the cereal (where you just know its gonna fly right into his face) or the one where Biff can’t get promoted to cashier as he is afraid of change. Both excellent in their respective ways.

Is the picture going to be framed then or…

@Matthew - No frame, just the drawing. You can frame it how ever you like.

Fair enough
*Goes looking for a frame on ebay* Lol

Actually, I best wait until the end of the auction before I hunt for frames. I haven’t exactly won it yet. Lol

Wow, i bid it up to $41, some one really wants to buy this drawing… Chris, I wonder if you could make a living off commissions. Or would that take the fun out of it?

Flooding the basement is great for snorkeling too.

Wow, nifty!

I don’t suppose you’d do a caption on it? It wouldn’t feel the same without a caption.
Also, if the picture is just in black and white I may colour it in if I win it (which is looking really likely right now). I’ll stick to the original colours of the #500 post…..and then frame it when its done.
I wonder though, would coloring pencils or markers be best?
Sorry for poking holes btw, but It would be better in colour in my opinion
Then again, i’d be afraid of messing it up, and with what I may eventually pay for it, i’m not gonna risk trying to colour it in.

@Matthew - Of course you can do what you want with it if you win. I do sell signed prints in the Biff store. Rather than coloring over the original you could order a print of it and display them next to each other.
And sure, I can write the caption on there if you would like. I didn’t have the caption finalized at the time I drew the comic or I probably would have done that already.

If I had the money, I would definitely bid. As it stands, however, that money must go to the evil corporate monkeys in charge of- well, everything.
