If I don't, I just end up hitting the alarm off button and defeat the purpose of an alarm... BTW, Biff is awesome! I go here every day. First, I set my alarm for two hours before I actually need to wake up, then I wake up exhausted (as always), and the payoff is that I set it for two hours later and go back to sleep. I know the trick behind it, but my body seems to achieve the extra rest and relaxation gained from getting "bonus hours" of sleep. My alarm clock system is unique.
