Sure, we eventually hauled him (and his wife) out and shot him for this (and many others, including a teensy bit of genocide), but not before the country was full of large concrete blocks that had a lot more in common with tetris than living. The place he got the idea? He took a trip to North Korea back in 1971 and he really liked what he was seeing.
