Biff was created by Chris Hallbeck back when he was in high school. Chris had lunch with his best friend (also named Chris) and each day he would take his student planner from him and do funny drawings in it to try and make him laugh. Biff evolved as a reoccurring character from this. During college Biff was refined as a one panel comic and was self published as a mini comic called “The Book of Biff”. In 1995 Biff got his first website and has been floating around the internet in various places ever since. In 2006 Biff was relaunched with his very own domain name… www.thebookofbiff.com.

Q: What the heck is with his eyebrows?
A: They just kind of evolved that way.

Q: Is that a mustache or a stylized mouth?
A: That’s his mouth.
