That reminds me of this time Pel and I went to the movies (I think we where going to see the first Iron Man, but I'm not sure about that part.) They had a trailer for the newest Terminator, the one about the war in the future. At the end of it, I shouted an the screen "Stop killing Terminator!" and the rest of the addiance laughed, and some even applauded. I still refuse to see the movie after how soul-crushingly bad the third one was.

It is supposed to be because the machines didn't have the liquid guy until the second time they sent one back. The real reason is that the second had to be cooler then the first and CG tech had gotten to the point where they could do something like that. Or was that a rhetorical question?

It was a rhetorical question. It's usually asked because there was no reason for the machines to send the better machines at a later time, they could have simply sent all of them back at once the second the first Terminator they sent back died. Or before it got killed.
