Would they end up banning Boticheli's the Birth of Venus just because she was nude? Or what about literature, would they have to ban anything with a sex scene? Or is that not what men like and women are pure and aren't like that? I'm talking from the sex-is-evil-extreme-religious people's point of view.

Tracking texting is a lot easier to track than just vocal stuff. if you have access to all the texts sent though phone companies, then you just have to set up a program that scans for certain words and/or phrases.
