Animated animals - Madagascar, Over the hedge, The wild.
Animated rodents - Ratatouille, Flushed away, Despereaux.

Actually, the movie making process, especially for the CGI movies, is a process that takes over a year. The fact they were released consecutivly like that is mostly coincidence.
