Here's a new product idea I have been working on. A "theme week" print. A really big 16" x 20" print with all 5 comics from the week of your choice plus a little sketch and my signature. Looking something like this:  |

Maybe if you sent a useful/tasty item along with the product which is somehow related to the theme. OMGTHOUGHT! What about refrigerator magnets? You could make them for the magnetism week comics. |

A pack of five magnets with a week on them? Sounds cool to me. I don't think you have as much luck selling a big card with only five comics when you have the books.
