My DS is actually a better flashlight than my phone, even on its lowest setting. I carry both in my pockets regularly, so it's hard to catch me off guard with a power outage. Plus, we own so many flashlights that there's bound to be at least one nearby when the power goes out at my house. Reason being, is we lose power several times a year, especially in winter.
Of course, I can say from experience that cell phones do not produce enough light to count as a back-up lantern in a cave.

Concussion (edited so it says what I was trying to say): Biff is on a medication other then the three most widely used over the counter pain medications in America/the World. This medication would have to have a density of less then 1 g/ml to float in water. |

The density doesn't change with depth because liquids aren't compressible. The water pressure would increase, but that shouldn't effect with or not something floats.
